On the morning of July 30, 2016, our Walnut tots dressed up as army men, fairies, fruits, Indian heroes and more for the school Fancy Dress competition! The school hall and stage were decked up colorfully and the teachers and parents assisted the kids with their costumes and their speech lines.

We had a popcorn box, a robot, a Colgate tube and even Kalpana Chawla! Some kids dressed for a cause and took up issues like saving water, waste disposal, traffic signals, eye donation, farmer conditions, solar electricity and a plastic demon which parents thought were among the best. Kids had even dressed up as Angry Birds, a Star Wars character and Olaf from Frozen!
