Our Standards 9 and 10 students absolutely smashed it at this year’s legendary slumber parties. The energy was infectious, the laughter was non-stop and the memories? Priceless.
Two Epic Nights, One Incredible Experience
Girls’ Night Out (14th June) and Boys’ Squad Adventure (21st June) transformed our Shivane campus into the ultimate sleepover destination. From 6:30 PM arrivals buzzing with excitement to 8:00 AM Sunday pickups with tired but beaming faces, every moment was pure magic.
What Made These Nights Special?
- Open mic sessions that revealed hidden talents
- Team games that brought out competitive spirits
- Board game marathons that lasted until dawn
- Midnight snacks and morning treats that hit just right
- Digital detox that actually brought everyone closer together
Beyond the Fun: Building Life Skills
These weren’t just parties. They were masterclasses in independence, respect, and community living. Students embraced our guidelines with maturity, proving they’re ready for the next chapter of their lives.
STEM-A-FAIR: Our Young Scientists Absolutely Smashed It
“When curiosity meets creativity, magic happens. And our STEM-A-Fair proved exactly that.”
Our Electric Saturday delivered everything we hoped for and more. Students from Standards 5-10 (Shivane), 6-8 (Wakad) and 7-10 (Fursungi) transformed into confident scientists, innovative inventors and articulate presenters all in one brilliant morning.
Young Minds, Big Ideas
From 8 AM setup to the final showcase at 10:30 AM, our campuses buzzed with scientific excitement. Students didn’t just build projects; they built confidence, clarity and courage that will serve them for life.

This was just the beginning. Every standard participates in STEM-A-Fair throughout the year across all our campuses, building a culture where science isn’t just studied but lived and breathed.
Offline PTM: Real Conversations, Real Results
Our traditional face-to-face Parent Teacher Meeting on 28th June brought the best of old school communication to modern education. Two focused hours delivered exactly what parents needed: genuine conversations with their children’s teachers.

These offline PTMs complement our regular online meetings perfectly. Some conversations simply need that face-to-face connection, especially when discussing learning strategies or addressing specific concerns.

Quarterly Leadership Meet: The Team Behind Your Child’s Success
Our leadership team from all Walnut campuses gathered for our regular quarterly strategy session and the energy was incredible.
When administrators, academic heads and technical experts sit together in one room, magic happens. This quarter’s focus? Streamlining processes, raising academic standards even higher and integrating exciting new tech support.
The Common Thread: Every conversation circled back to one crucial question: how do we make the experience even better for our students and parents?
Running a school with our unique bagless system and diverse activities requires serious coordination. These quarterly meetings ensure we’re all moving in the same direction with shared purpose and clear goals.

Cultural Celebrations: Honouring Traditions
Ashadhi Ekadashi: From Classroom to पालखी
What a beautiful sight to see our little ones celebrating Ekadashi with such devotion and joy! Across all Walnut campuses, students brought traditional values to life through their mini Maharashtra celebration. From carrying the sacred पालखी with tiny hands to chanting “Jai Jai Vitthal” with pure hearts, our students showed us that faith and learning go hand in hand.
These precious moments capture what makes Walnut special. We don’t just teach academics; we nurture children who understand their roots, respect traditions and carry forward our beautiful heritage with pride.
Guru Purnima: Honouring the Teacher-Student Bond
Our Guru Purnima celebrations were all about expressing love and respect for the first teachers in every child’s life, their mothers. Students across grades created thoughtful cards and participated in performances that highlighted the values of respect, discipline and gratitude. A small gesture, but full of meaning and emotion.

Real-World Learning: Damini Pathak Safety Training
At Walnut School, education goes beyond textbooks. That’s why we welcomed the Damini Pathak team at all our campuses for comprehensive safety awareness sessions.
Our students didn’t just learn safety rules; they developed critical thinking skills through interactive demonstrations and real-life scenarios. From understanding personal safety protocols to building confidence in decision-making, these sessions equipped our young learners with practical life skills they’ll carry forever.
🌟 Scholarship Success: Excellence Nurtured and Celebrated
Here are our amazing students who made the Merit Cut-Off in the Maharashtra State Scholarship Exam that was held in February 2025.
Excellence isn’t just achieved, it’s nurtured, guided and celebrated! This is quite a tough exam which is attempted by students across the state and getting into the top scores is significantly hard. These students got the right guidance, they put in their dedication and as we can see, their light shines brilliantly.

Our Baby Walnut Nursery performers transformed into their favourite characters with creativity and confidence! From superheroes to storybook characters, each costume told a unique tale while building presentation skills and self-expression.

From classic poetry to contemporary verses, our Baby Walnut Jr KG students captivated audiences with their expressive recitations. Each performance showcased growing confidence, clear articulation and the pure joy of bringing words to life.
Shlok Recitation: Expression of our Traditions
Sacred verses came alive as our Baby Walnut Sr KG students beautifully recited traditional shlokas with perfect pronunciation and heartfelt emotion. These performances connected our young learners to their cultural roots whilst developing memory, diction and stage presence.
