The under-17 Fursungi girls’ and boys’ teams put up a fantastic show and made it all the way to the Top 8 in Pune on a winning streak.
Isn’t that amazing? Everyone is doing so well and making us proud with their spirit, teamwork and determination on the field.
U17 Girls Football – Subroto Champions! ⚽
Team Walnut has been making big waves in the Subroto Mukherjee Interschool Football Championship!
The U17 Girls’ Team from Shivane Campus clinched the finals by defeating Nagarvala School with a smashing 2-0 victory.
Earlier in the day, they triumphed in the semi-finals against Dr. Kalmadi Shamarao High School with another 2-0 win. Their journey to the finals began with a commanding 5-0 win against Prodigy International School in the quarter-finals.
What a phenomenal run – determination, teamwork and Walnut spirit all the way!
U17 Girls Football – Victory at Subroto Championship! ⚽
The Walnut School Fursungi Campus U17 Girls Football Team continued the school’s winning spree at the Subroto Mukharji Interschool Football Championship.
They defeated Orbis International School in a straight fight with a 2-0 scoreline. Piyali Waje and Anvi Ghatge scored 1 goal each, while Antra Waje stood strong as goalkeeper and kept the opposition far from the goalpost.

U14 Football – Smashing 4-0 Victory! ⚽
In the ongoing Subroto Football Tournament, our U14 boys team from Walnut School Shivane Campus delivered a smashing 4-0 victory against SPM English Medium School.
With this win, our team now proudly stands among the Top 20 out of 80 participating teams!

The U14 Boys’ Football Team of Walnut School, Shivane Campus put up a fantastic performance in the Subroto Football Tournament 2022 knockout rounds.
Our boys came back victorious with a 1-0 win against St. Patrick High School. The winning goal was scored by Venkatesh Patil of Std. 7, sealing the match in Walnut’s favour.
