You do not need to submit any documents when you submit the application for admission. Documents have to be submitted at the time of taking admission, after admission to the school has been confirmed.
Admission to Nursery, Jr. KG, Sr. KG and Std 1:
– Parents have to bring the original and a self-attested copy to the school. Our staff will check if the details are matching, keep the self-attested copy, and return the original birth certificate. This applies to children who seek admission from foreign countries too.
– A copy of the Aadhaar card of the child is required. But if Aadhaar card is immediately not available, parents can submit it at a later date.
Admission to Std 2 to Std 10:
– Parents have to submit the original leaving certificate from the previous school (to be submitted before school starts in the new academic year).
– A copy of the Aadhaar card of the child is required. But if Aadhaar card is immediately not available, parents can submit it at a later date.
– For children who seek admission from foreign countries, parents have to bring the original and a self-attested copy to the school. Our staff will check if the details are matching, keep the self-attested copy, and return the original birth certificate.
Children who are presently in a school of a foreign country, need to get a transfer certificate from their current school. This is a letter from the school stating that the child has successfully completed the previous year’s requirement and is eligible to go ahead to the next class. It is similar to a leaving certificate that is given in India. If admission is to be taken before the academic school year in the foreign country is over, a letter from the school in the foreign country is to be sought mentioning the class in which the student is currently studying in.
For children who are foreign nationals, you also need to submit a true-copy proof of the nationality.
We also need a true-copy of the caste certificate, in case you fall into any of the special categories.
