Gathering Confirmation

Dear Parents,

We will be having our annual gathering on Friday, 12^th February 2016 at Yashwantrao Chavhan Natyagruha, Kothrud.

We would like to know whether you want your child to participate in the gathering. If YES, please make sure that the child attends school regularly till the gathering as they practice for the show almost every day. Last minute withdrawals are unfair as they cause panic among the rest of the group. Students who remain absent for a long time in this period will be dropped from the gathering.

In case your child is going to be unavailable on the 12^th of February or going to be absent for a long period of time till then, please fill out NO.
